1. All content is AI-generated

Every visual depiction available on EroPlay.ai — characters, images and video — is generated exclusively by artificial intelligence. We do not employ, contract, cast, film or photograph human performers. No visual content on the Service is a photograph, film, videotape, or digitally- or computer-manipulated image of an actual human being.

2. We do not collect consent records or references from our users

We do not allow users to upload photographs or any other reference images, and we do not request, collect or store model releases, consent forms or identity documents from users — because no real person is depicted in the content the Service produces. Users create content from structured character options and text prompts only.

3. Why the record-keeping law does not apply

The record-keeping, labelling and inspection obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and of 28 C.F.R. Part 75, apply to producers (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. No content on EroPlay.ai depicts an actual human being. These obligations therefore do not apply, no records are maintained under § 2257 or § 2257A, and no Custodian of Records is designated.

4. Real, identifiable people are not permitted

Our Terms of Service prohibit creating content that depicts, portrays or is modelled on real, identifiable individuals, including public figures and celebrities. We operate no consent-collection process for real individuals, and no such content is permitted on the Service. Content reported as breaching this rule is hidden upon receipt, reviewed, and permanently removed if the report is confirmed; repeat or severe violations lead to account termination.
